What we collect

When you send an enquiry through the contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, optional email address, the topic you choose and any message. To limit spam, we also keep a salted, non-reversible hash of your IP address; we do not store the address itself from the form.

If you have been given a project portal account, we also store your name, email address, your role in the project, and the documents and records added for you. For security and audit purposes we log sign-ins and document access, including IP address and browser details.

How we use it

We use enquiry details to respond to you and to discuss the opportunity you raised. Portal information is used to run the project you were invited to, within the access rules described in our Terms of Use.

Documents in the portal

Files uploaded to the portal are stored privately and are never placed in public folders. Access is restricted by role: administrators, a project's committee, and the specific resident a document belongs to, as applicable.

Who can see your information

Your enquiry is visible to Sthapatya Forma's team. Portal data is visible only to the roles that apply to that project. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as reasonably needed to respond to it and maintain business records, and portal data for the duration of the relevant project and a reasonable period afterward.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete personal information you have submitted by contacting us at sthapatyaforma@gmail.com.
